These public terms provide a high-level notice for ADHG Applications and ADHG Detection Suite Enterprise. The commercial agreement, supplied EULA, support terms, and signed entitlement govern an enterprise deployment where they differ.
Software access
Enterprise access is granted to the organisation, site, plan, and seat scope stated in the applicable commercial agreement and signed entitlement. Access is not a transfer of ownership of the software or its underlying intellectual property.
Authorised use
Use the software only for lawful, authorised investigative or review work and only by people approved by your organisation. Protect installation files, entitlements, source material, and generated reports according to your own security and governance requirements.
Detection results
Detection results are investigative aids. They can be incomplete or incorrect and must be reviewed by an appropriately authorised person before being relied upon in an investigation, operational decision, report, or other consequential context.
Restrictions
Do not reverse engineer, circumvent entitlement verification, share credentials or signed entitlements outside the agreed scope, redistribute the software, or use ADHG Applications materials to create a competing product except where applicable law expressly permits it.
Third-party components
The software may include or use third-party components, including Qt and OpenCV, along with detection models and class data. Their respective licence terms and attributions apply. Review the attributions supplied with the installation before redistribution.
