Privacy, kept local.
This notice describes the current data handling for ADHG Silent Flight, a locally installed UAV risk assessment application with optional Microsoft Marketplace activation for enterprise offers.
Who is responsible
ADHG Applications is responsible for the Silent Flight product information and support route described here. For privacy questions, contact AHG5151@protonmail.com.
Local sensing and calculations
Silent Flight uses supported device inputs for local risk calculations. These can include microphone audio readings and light readings from an ambient-light sensor or supported webcam. In the current local workflow, the app uses live readings rather than retaining source audio or video, and it does not send those readings to ADHG as telemetry.
Local mission data and reports
Profiles, mission plans, operation name, officer details, location, settings, distance, risk calculations, exported JSON, and generated PDF reports are created or stored on the device in the app’s local storage or in a location chosen by the user. The app is designed so this operational data remains under the customer’s control unless the customer chooses to share it.
Permissions and customer control
Windows or Android may ask for microphone, camera, or other hardware permissions. You can manage those permissions through the operating system and use the app’s controls to enable or disable supported inputs. You can delete local profiles, mission files, exports, or reports using the app or the device’s file controls. Uninstalling the app may not remove files that you deliberately exported outside its managed storage.
Marketplace activation
For an enterprise offer purchased through Microsoft Marketplace, the activation service may process a Microsoft-provided token server-side to resolve the subscription. We do not retain the purchase token. We may retain the organisation, beneficiary tenant, site, subscription, plan, quantity, entitlement status, and relevant timestamps needed to provide activation and support. Microsoft processes the transaction under its own terms and privacy information.
Support enquiries
If you contact ADHG Applications, you may choose to send your name, email address, organisation, application version, operating-system details, request type, message, and diagnostic attachments. The Silent Flight support form prepares an email for your mail client; the website does not create a website upload store. Please do not send source video, sensitive operational evidence, credentials, private keys, or unnecessary personal data.
Retention and service providers
Local application files remain under the customer’s control until the customer or an administrator deletes them. ADHG retains support correspondence and Marketplace entitlement information only for as long as reasonably needed to respond, provide the service, manage the business relationship, meet legal obligations, or resolve disputes. Website hosting and delivery providers may process technical request data needed to deliver and protect the public site. We do not sell personal information.
Your choices and rights
You can control device permissions, local files, and what you choose to include in a support enquiry. Depending on your location and the role ADHG has for a particular record, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, or portability. Contact us first so we can identify the relevant record and respond appropriately.
Changes to this notice
We may update this page when the website, Silent Flight application, Marketplace service, or support process changes. This page describes the current product implementation and is not legal advice or a jurisdiction-specific compliance certification. Organisations should review it with their own legal or privacy adviser before relying on it for a particular deployment.
