This policy covers the public ADHG Applications website and the locally installed ADHG Detection Suite Enterprise software. The software is designed for environments where sensitive video and generated evidence should remain under the customer’s control.
Local processing
Video analysis, detection, frame extraction, visual review, and report generation are performed on the device running the software. ADHG Detection Suite Enterprise does not require a customer login or cloud service to process video.
Evidence and local storage
Snapshots, audit logs, reports, and other data created by the software are written to the local directories selected by the operator or organisation. The software does not upload or share source video, snapshots, reports, or visual-hash data with ADHG servers or third-party servers as part of the local analysis workflow.
Telemetry and distribution
The software has no built-in usage analytics or telemetry intended to monitor operator activity. When the free version is distributed through Microsoft Store, Microsoft may process installation, crash, or other Store service data under Microsoft’s own privacy statement. Enterprise installations supplied directly by ADHG Applications use the signed entitlement and local verification described in the applicable commercial agreement.
Website enquiries
If you contact ADHG Applications by email, we receive the information you choose to include, such as your name, organisation, contact details, and deployment questions. The public website does not provide user accounts, customer uploads, online activation, or a customer portal. Cloudflare may process technical request data to deliver and protect the site.
Retention and sharing
We retain enquiry information only for as long as reasonably needed to respond, manage a business relationship, meet legal obligations, or resolve disputes. We do not sell personal information. Customers remain responsible for the lawful collection, access control, retention, and disclosure of video and evidence processed on their devices.
Third-party components
The software may include Qt, OpenCV, FFmpeg, detection models, and related class data. These components operate within the local application workflow and are subject to their respective licence terms and attributions supplied with the installation.
